He offered “anything” for a passing grade—he didn’t expect hard work to be the price.

A high school teacher was grading papers late at night when she noticed her most handsome—but least studious—student had left a note on the back of his failing physics exam.

It read:

“I’d do anything for a passing grade. And I mean… anything 😉”

She stared.

Then laughed.

Because Tyler was exactly the kind of student who relied more on charm than studying.

Late homework.

Big smiles.

Excuses.

Always excuses.

The next morning, she called him to her desk after class.

Tyler walked up grinning.

Confident.

Way too confident.

She lowered her glasses.

Leaned closer.

And whispered:

“Anything?”

His smile froze.

Then slowly returned.

“Uh… yes?”

A few classmates nearby suddenly got very quiet.

Tyler looked nervous now.

Very nervous.

The teacher reached into her desk drawer.

Pulled out a thick stack of papers.

Dropped them in front of him.

THUD.

Tyler blinked.

“What’s this?”

She smiled.

“Extra credit.”

Silence.

Then she continued:

“Chapter summaries.”

“Practice exams.”

“Ten-page research paper.”

“Twenty tutoring sessions after school.”

“Volunteer helping struggling students.”

“And every missing assignment from the last semester.”

Tyler stared at the pile.

Then stared at her.

Then stared at the mountain of work again.

“You said you’d do anything.”

The classroom exploded laughing.

Tyler turned red instantly.

Bright red.

Then muttered:

“…I should’ve just taken the F.”

😄
